My BENQ dvdburner doesn't read DVD Movies

Hello!
Maybe a post like this is posted already, but I didn't found any.

So the problem is that my Benq dvdburner doesn't read DVD movies (originals and burned) but it can read CDs.

I have burned movies with it for some time now, but yesterday it suddenly stopped working!

I do not know what the problem is...

I hope somebody can help me, please...

 

Try uninstalling it from Device Manager and then wait a couple of minutes and then reinstall it.

 

I have tried that, but it still doesn't work...
But I noticed one thing. When I reinstalled it a message popped up "CD-ROM installed".. But it's a DVD-rom/burner.

And when I click on properties, then it says that it's a CD-rom..
But it is a DVD-rom/burner

 

I wanna know the same thing. I have a TDK 840G with similar issues than this one.
