my box is gone scrambled

    iv had the BOX over 5 months and my cable (ntl) went over wkd and came back but now box only has 5 OR 6 channels and rest are bad
    or scrambled
    iv tried everything including factory settings bein last. i
    think i might need to put software onto it again as -i had to do it when got it but now iv no idea where cable or cd to do that is now, has anyone got any ideas to help me out id appreciate it alot , cheers

    did you press menu then 1570 and look to see if your emu is on?
