   How would i fined out my exact d/load and u/load speeds are. I'm on NTL Cable with a 3meg line, i roughly know it's around 360kb/s d/load and 37kb/s u/load. But i would like an exact figure. Can anyone advise or help please.

   i guess you can find something similar; i use the free util NetMeter to watch my connection whenever i want, and it's got a cool transparency option so you can see thru it most of the time..
