My burned svcd stopps and jumps back 1 sec. every 10th sec.

this is how i do!
tmpgenc with external tool setting,
Layer-2 = toolame.exe , and
sampling frequensy convertor = ssrc.exe.
i have done fullprocessing mode, 44.1 mhz in virtualdub to make my *.wav file, to use with Tmpgenc.
when it´s done i burn with VCDEasy!
working just fine with some svcd converting.
but with some = My burned svcd stopps and jumps back 1 sec. every 10th sec, hole cd!

is there anyone out there who can explaine it for me!!!
