my compaq presario crashed

    if anybody can help with some advise it would be greatly appreciated. i was going to install a dvd writer so i was deleteing some unused programs. one of them was etrust firewall. i then had to restart the computer when it tried to come back on the moniter and the keyboard are not recognized. the moniter says no signal

    Not sure if this is virus/spyware related, but it might due to your power supply. Your power supply may not have enough watts to power your comp. I had this problem this past summer. My comp wouldn't boot-up normally after I just installed a new internal hard drive and an internal dvd burner. Turns out my power supply was pretty low, so I got a new one that had twice the amount of watts than before and my comp worked...

    thanks but not it i dont think i pulled the dvd burner back out and still the same thing... i think i some how deleted a driver i needed but dont know how to get it back with out a moniter or keyboard.
