What part of the computer fell off? if it was the tower, maybe the AC cable that connects to the tower is a little loose. Maybe something inside like your video card disconnected from the shock...

Do you hear any beeps when you try to turn it on?

Usually if there is a bad component in the computer, like a bad HHD, RAM, or Video card, the computer will still come up, but will emit a beep (i believe its three in a row) letting you know that there is something wrong. However if it just wont turn on at all (no light, no sound at all) it could be that the PSU died. Would you happen to have another power supply around?

on most atx computers, there is an on/off switch mounted on the back of the psu. try it to see if accidentlly turned off. also same with voltage switch but harder to do that by accident as nothing sticks out of back of case. check to see if set for correct voltage for your country as in 115v ot 230v.
