I have a Lyra RCA Mp3 Player and when i plug it in to the usb port, it doesn't show up in My Computer. I have tried other MP3 Players and they all work. I have tried it on my other computer and it works there. I have tried everything and still nothing. Can some one please help me. I am stumped on this one.
1: Try all USB slots(take everything els out and try each one individually) 2: Uninstall and Reinstall any software that came with it 3: If it has worked before on that computer, do a system restore to a earlier time when it could have worked(even if it has never worked, a system restore wouldn't be bad) 4: If you can and don't mind...reinstall windows to that PC(this will 99.9999999999% fix all problems like that)
well i tried all of the above except for reinstalling windows. I don't have a disc. So i can't do that.
