My Converted MPG is not smooth!

    Hi. I had been converting AVI's to MPG just fine for a couple of days now and then yesterday everything I try to convert is coming out junmpy/stuttery!!! It is doing my head in! I'm using TMPGEnc, but I tried to use Xing to see if it would make a difference but it does the same on that now.

    Hi Magic, sounds just like my problem... I'm afraid I can't help you thus, but people here do not seem to know any solution either... Maybe they are always stuttery and jumping??? Does any1 know???

    It seems to have just appeared. I converted and burned 'Frailty' and it was fine. Now if I try to convert the same AVI it is stuttery!

    The reason I was having this problem was because I was not converting using the correct 'frames per second'. To find out how to fix this check out: http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgencsvcd.htm. It worked for me!
