Ok, last night I was looking into keylogging to watch what people are doing on this computer and I got into a site with spyware by mistake and it took my desktop and put the "Spyware is found" blah blah mess as my image on my desktop. So I have ran spybot and everything else i have and I cannot seem to get it off. Here is what it looks like when I right click... any ideas?
Hi fastcart, sounds like you have a mess of troubles. I suggest arming yourself with a copy of HiJackThis from http://www.filepedia.com/desktop_software/desktop_security/hijackthis.cfm and then heading over to the virus and spyware forum to post the logfile. http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm The guys there are the best there is at malware removal and will cure all you're computer ills, just remember to ask nicely. While there take a look at a few of the posts or just use the forum search function as this problem may have been asked/answered before. Good luck with the malware removal.
