My DMR-HS2 stops starting up after 5 seconds

    hi,

    I cannot start my DMR-HS2 anymore, because:
    When I turn it on, after some seconds the circle in the display starts to animate as usual, but after about 5 seconds it says Bye and shut off.....

    The hard disk doesn't sound unusual. I tried to get into the Service Mode, but it seams the unit doesn't get far enough to accept it. So I'm stuck. Any ideas????

    No luck so far. It looks like I have to send it in for repair... I hope that I'll not lose any recordings in the process?
