HI, My Brother downloaded this ASUS and we tryed to connect but it not working. The little box on the top screem on botton right is green then turn red..... Andyone know y it aint working? Becuase i need a Nintendo USB Connector? If anyone know y please tell me or how to connect to internet.
on your router what type of security are you using WPA any versions of this or WEP, Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP)64bit ds's only use wep for games at the moment and the password shouldn't be too long (random numbers and letters nothing personal to you ie fave sports team name pets name etc) as there are better security for your home network options mainly WPA for your router but DS gaming on that is not possible) , dsi can use WPA a stronger more robust wifi connection only for the shop and other apps, no games you can also use MAC Media Access Control with all DS consoles to help keep the security a bit more tight, basically the MAC address is the physical address built into each console (like your postal address) each one is different, so if someone worked out your password they would still only have access to the router through a device that has a registered MAC address registered on the router which is setup by you. nothing is 100% secure remember, people can use programs like smac to change the address of there mac address to copy yours, although the average person is not going to be this clever.
