yes i have a sony dru-820a it will burn but will not write no more i try update still the same thing i had it few years it just stop why what can i do get it going i have a sony 840a it work all the time
Good grief! Use some damned punctuation! Burning is writing, so which is it? It either burns (writes), or it doesn't. If it is 3 years old, pull it out, toss it, and get a new burner.
Could not have said better myself. Hildred...it's extremely difficult to discern what you're trying to convey with that wad of words in front of us. Agree with Grandpa...toss it, discover the joys of Newegg or Tigerdirect and pick up a new burner. And do please learn at least a little bit about punctuating your posts.
