Well, I have 1 CD-R drive and 1 DvD Drive and for some reason, both of them works fine but when i try to burn something with Nero or ne other programs, it doesn't recgonize my DvD Drive. It only recgonizes my CD-R drive. I really need to burn something into my DvD but i can't do it.. Ne solutions?
Moved to appropriate forum. What brand and model of DVD burner do you have and have you made sure it has the most current firmware?
Its LG and i'm not sure about the model number because i can't take it out right now. I was trying to use dvd power burner but this also happens with nero. And whats firmware?
If you have Nero StartSmart go to get system info and then post that info , then we may be able to assist
Are you sure its a DVD-RW and not a DVD-ROM? Open DVD Decrypter and go to tools->Drive->Capabilities...this will give you the model# and firmware version along with the capabilities of the drive.
