I burnt a flash movie, converted it to an iso. the audio and video were perfect watching it on my comp. but when i used DVDFlick, i went through the steps, and the audio is fine, but the playback lags behind a bit. how would i make it a smooth video file?

If you play back the movie with the likes of 'VLC' media player, you can check the exact delay in milliseconds (positive or negative) by using the Ctrl-l or Ctrl-k keys.
Note the delay, either negative or positive.

If the movie consists of a single VOB file (VTS_01_1.VOB), load or drag that file into Avidemux.

Set the left side menu as shown and check the 'Shift' box.
Enter the delay in milliseconds (either positive or nagative that you got from VLC).
Click the save logo and give the output a new name - including extension E.G newfile.mpg

Play the output to see if it is synced.

Load that file into DVD Flick.
In the Project Settings, 'Video' > 'Advanced', check that 'Copy MPEG-2 Streams' is checked.
This ensures that the file is not recoded, (it is simply demuxed and remuxed to author the movie).

If the original movie has more than one VOB file, they have to be converted to one large mpeg2 file before loading into Avidemux.
