Hi, I recently started using eMule. I have been downloading a few movie files, although it's really slow (no more than few kb/s in total)but I am about half way to complete my download. But when I trun on my pc just now, I found all my "links" gone, it was as though someoen wipe my "Transgers" list. Also all files gone under "Share Files". Although I still have the incomplete files in eMule/Temp folder. I tired search and re-connect the link but nothing happened! I tried righ-click the link found using search and select download (which used to work) and copied the link then go to "Transfer" and use "Tool" to "paste" e2k link. But no matter what I tried, it just wouldn't add any link at all. Can soemone tell me what went wrong with my eMule, and how to fix it? I just finished installing Kasperkey anti-virus and running scan. Would this affect eMule?
Well, i'm no expert but, i would say you downloaded a bad version, tyr updating it to the newest stable version. Also if you use cleanup stuff sometimes it deletes files which it htinks hav'nt been used but really it has been used just not updated on ht windows gui! I would suggest you keep it as no sharing but it's your choice. And also i would reccomend switching to Morpheus as nothing is hidden as such, itll all there and dosen't share anything without you knowing. Just be very carefull how you set it up and read all the configurations carefully. Hope this helps. And oh yea just google morpeus to find it
