My first post and cry for help

    I have used nero for years with no trouble as I only do simple stuff like collecting pics onto a cd and burning the odd cd.

    I have just done a reformat and things look a bit different somehow.

    I used to use nero Express and I simply opened Express/Data/Burn no trouble.

    The cd I have is V 5.5 and it did what I want but I cannot seem to open that simple window.

    In fact I have just inserted the cd to install and take a print screen but when I c/o open, it showed some photoes which cant be right plus it said corrupted file so I have JUST thrown it away.

    Which is the best, and simplest version to d/load for my needs please?

    Same thread, I have just tried to install Nero 7 but got some errors whilst it was extracting files, can I attach a printscreen in this forum which may help you diagnose? if so, how do I do it as I cant see an attach button.

    yeah a screenshot would prolly help. and theres no attach button. ill explain, i think ireland has a neat lil animated thing for this. lol

    Ooookay!

    1-) Take The screenshot (printscreen, paint)

    2-) Host it, Go to www.imageshack.us, Click Browse, Find your image then click Host It!

    3-) Copy The Direct Link to the image.

    4-) Go to your thread on AfterDawn.

    5-) Post a new post.

    6-) Type this PASTE DIRECT LINK HERE [/0img] <<remove the 0

    7-)Post and screen shot will be there :)

    mkay...yeha i see what you mean... umm but next time hosting an image just for referance......copy this link [​IMG]. itll show up in your post like that did...itll work for your signature too....hmm so youve used that copy of Nero before....and it doesnt work after you formatted your computer??...and in that screenshot....that isnt nero. isnt that the Windows XP burning thing.....im still learning too :D hehe......maybe you shouldnt take my advice.. lol
