i was trying to restore my hardrive so i could use my xbox again so i followed that troubleshooter for rebuilding my hdd but it didn't work i then tried to unlock it....but it didn't work....does anyone have a suggestion if so i'm all ears,if not i'll just use it as a paper weight
i started out trying to unlock it in the first place for use on my computer...but then figured it would be easier to ftp stuff to my xbox so i then i made a new boot disk with xboxhdm just like in your tutorial after i made the new drive from scratch i locked the drive back up then inserted it in my xbox it then gave an error message #21 so i started all over again and made a new boot disk followed the instructions again made new disk again then locked it back up..inserted it in my xbox and got error message #6 which means it couldn't unlock the drive so i then figured you know what might as well put it in my computer so i tried to unlock it again in my computer and it wouldn't unlock i tried for 2-3 hours and it wouldn't unlock....any suggestions?
