my hdd keeps the gb and do not erase

    the all process is ok with DVDXPRESS but after burning the hdd do not erase the 5 or 6 gb of a movie so , I have no more place on my hdd to burn again and I CANNOT FIND THOSE FILES WITH 3 MOVIES ALMOST 12 GB
    could you help me I am a french men living in south korea_

    If you are using Norton anti-virus...

    Right click your recycle bin.
    Select Properties.
    Select the "Norton Protection" tab
    Uncheck the "Enable Protection" box
    Push the "Empty Protected Files" button
    Push the "Purge All" button

    Now....check in "My Computer" to see how much HD space u have. =)

    Congratulations ! My HDD is empty...great

    thanks ! BUT a new problem occurs : for my two softwares dvdxcopy and dvdxcopyxpress

    I have this message : ERROR READING SOURCE DISK

    Again I count on you to help me with this problem
    as french the technical english is difficult THSANKS IN ADVANCE michel
