log looks ok as far as malware goes. do i see two antivirus, avg and macafee? only need one AV--also looks like you have both spybots tea timer and avg guard running. both are real time protection and overlap in what they do, you should disable one of them. look by system clock, see alot of icons? click the icons and check the software for options/preferences not to start with windows, alot of useless software default might be to start with windows. obviously you want your av, malware app and firewall to start with windows. viewpoint installed with aol is foistware and can be removed via the add/remove programs panel see if things improve

yeah the only thing with the frotwire is that i might need that once in a while when i dont feel like downloading a whole cd via torrents.... and the macafee is everything but my AV because i just got the disk to install and the virus wont install so i got avg to buy me some time to troubleshoot the issue... and ill try to delte those things you recommneded and ill see what the results are thanks for the help =]
