my i pod wont charge!

    so i just got an 80G ipod for christmas and it was working fine on my pc now when i plug it in it sasys its connected but it no longer charges after syncing? how do i fix this? help me please!

    this is a new ipod classic? if it is take it back to apple, it sounds something is wrong with the battery. also check the link bellow i checked around and theres someone with the same issue.
