my ipod nano video froze

hi,

i was on itunes and did not eject my ipod and it froze!!!
please i would really really really really appreciate it!

well did you try restarting it? (turn the hold switch on and off and then hold menu+center button till it restarts)

 

Hold the menu and center button until it powers off. if it does the same thing, do the same hold the menu and center button only this time when it powers off, imediately release menu and hold the play and center button until a check mark appear on the ipod screen, then connected to itunes and run restore from itunes. woa i just realized that you dont have to turn the hold switch on and off before holding the center+menu button.
