Alright, so my iPod shows all the music that is on my brother;s iPod instead of the music that is on my iPod. None of the music will play when I try to play it. iTunes sees my iPod as "Erik's ipod" instead of my name, and again, his music displays in iTunes when mine is plugged in. However, the memory space still shows as being nearly full, but a huge portion of the used space is now labeled as "other" rather than "music". (My photos and other files I had stored as "other" are still there and accessible.) This problem started when my brother hibernated the computer, unplugged his ipod, plugged in my ipod, and turned the computer back on. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix my confused iPod? Having to restore and reupload all my CDs would be a huge inconvenience. All of my music is not still stored in iTunes since I have used various computers that have been reformatted, etc. Thank you for any help.
