my ipod video (5th generation) is already in disk mode and it won't restore!!! it says "error 1418" i think. but does anyone have any suggestions besides downloading the latest version of itunes and unplugging all other USB devices ((already tried those two things)) but this is really starting to get annoying so please help!!!!
i've also tried formatting it with the HP USB formatter but it says "no media on this device" ?!!??!?!?! what am i doing wrong or what can I do so that it works?
