my lan connection problems

    my lan connection says limited or no connectivity, i can play on live but i always lag out because of this problem. please someone help me. my windows firewall isnt protecting my lan connection bcos its only my xbox thats on it, so thats not the problem, m mcafee firewall has been set to allow the xboxs ip, what else can i do, im f***** if i know?

    turn off mcafee firewall.....

    it was installed after this problem started and ive already tried turning off evrythin
