my laptop is crashing.

    My toshiba laptop keeps on crashing. why? after like 10 minutes of using it, it'll die out. I've taken it to get fixed twice already (didn't help). What do I do?

    my laptop keeps on shutting doown by itself.
    and we don't what what they fixed on before. they just fif stuff to it.
