my modded xbox will only play xbox games and thats it.

i was tring to transfer a emulator with ftp and changed the name of a file to default.xbe. I clicked on the file and now my xbox will only play xbox games. There is no more ms dashboard, skins, or emulators. I turn the xbox on and it will stay blank until i put a game in it. If anybody has any answers for me please help. I think i've screwed myself.

Do you still have your run linux gamesave?

 

I didn't erase anything, none of the dashboards wont come up.
i dont have a backup disc or anything

 

I put mech assault in the xbox and tried to install linux and it told me it couldn't. It said try restoring dashboard. If anyone could help me get pass this please help. any information is valuable. THANKS, Jaybone

yes i can through the mechassault game and then evolutionx comes up.
