    Hi all,

I m trying to configure My Movies 2 but don t know how to make it work. I ve read on the My Movies forum somewhere that it is possible with MM2 to make it work with Media Player Classic Home Cinema. However, I cannot find HOW TO do this exactly. Is there some kind of manual how to config MM2 to make it work with MPC HC or can someone help me one my way? Do I need other programs beside MPC HC and MM2? I m using XP with SP3. Want to use MM2 for .MKV's, .WMV's and regular VIDEO_TS folders (dvd's). Can this all be done?

    Thanks for all help!.

Is it just a client setup? Either way you'll need these two programs to make it work:

    1. VLC media player.
    2. K-Lite Codec Pack (don't use the vista one)

    You can download them from:

    VLC Media Player -http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

    K-Lite Codec Pack -http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm

You can play just about any format you can think of after that. It's great when you have a combination of avi, wmv, mkv, and dvd files. Just add the movie like normal, and it will play the file you've directed it to in the folder.

Oh, and I use Windows Media Center, so I'm not very familiar with the one you're referring to. The only way is to try and see if it works.
