    Motherboard: Good
    Case: Excellent
CPU: Good, but very expensive. How about this instead? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037&Tpk=E8400
    Arctic silver: Always wise
    WD5000 drives: Excellent
DVD burner: Don't know how good Samsung drives are in the DVD burning arena, a lot of people complain about them, but that's the same for pretty much every manufacturer
RAM: Far beyond what you need, this stuff's better, and much cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148069
Video card: How much do you have to spend? I typically recommend one out of these:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102719
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150261
    Sound Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102003
PSU: Fine, but excessive if you're using a single video card.
I usually recommend these for gaming systems: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001
Monitor: Alright, but I never liked the quality of acer monitors much, a far better choice would be:
