MY NEW PC SETUP

    hi there am considering building my own pc for the first time and although ihave many years experiance of using and upgrading parts of it i realy font want to fusk up this build, so i though you guys could take a look at that ive been looting to buy and hipfully give some good advice on compatability ect. I us computers for a multitude of things vid editing, web authoring and so on, i would also like to play the latest games such as Half Life 2, Battlefield 2, GTA, need for Speed and star wars games. so take a look and lend a hand.

    Casecom Silver 500w ATX Power Supply
    Kingston 1GB 400MHz DDR PC3200 DIMM 3-3-3
    Western Digital WD2500KS Caviar SE 250GB 7200RPM SATA2/300 16MB Cache.
    Asus A8N-SLI SE Socket 939 Nvidia NF4 SLI ATX - Sound, Giga Lan USB 2.0 1000MHz FSB SATA.
    AMD Athlon 64 (ADA3800BVBOX) X2 3800+ Socket 939 Dual Core 2.0ghz 512Kb and 512Kb Cache

    i realy need advice on which graphics card to get, i have not listed optical drives and I/O devices and piorts these i understand a know what im doing with them. any advice would be greatly recived. thanx

    can't be sure, but casecom is probably a load of crap. get a reputable brand like Hiper, Enermax, OCZ, or Seasonic.

    other than that, it's a good build.
    for gfx cards, a geforce 7900gt should be fine, but it depends on what monitor your using, eg there's no use in getting a x1950xtx if your monitor is limited to 1280x1024.
