Graphics card is a bit weak, but the rest is quite decent.

Methinks you need to do a little reading on that subject. Heatpipes are simply an efficient way of transferring heat from a block to a heatsink. The only way in which they can improve the cooling of a device is generally that they are only found with better heatsinks. By themselves, Heatpipes do not improve cooling performance as they do not radiate much heat, they only transfer it.
The quality of the heatsink is still what determines how good a cooler is. On occasions the heatsink is sufficiently good that it does not need a fan. To say that it is "better than a fan" though is a farce, because put a fan on that cooler and your temperatures will improve significantly. All the heatpipes gain you is that you can fit a large heatsink onto a small graphics card. It is the said large heatsink that's doing all the work.
