Hi. My PC is having trouble detecting my CD rom. It used to work a few weeks ago and now my PC wont detect it. The CD-ROM fully functional, like I can open and close the CD-Rom, and the CD spins and the green light on it blinks. The drive just doesn't show up in My Computer anymore. Anybody know what I can do to fix this? Thanks

3.5" floppy drives use a 34pin cable not 40pin cable. so make certain what cable is used by the cd rom drive.
