i cant confirm that they are dead pixels cuz as far as i know dead pixels are more visible when the screen is darker but this spot is most visible when the screen is white.its like a small line drawn in the middle of the screen and its of different colours (kind of like a rainbow) the screen is not broken and looks fine when the psp is not in use. i tried to get a picture but the spot was too thin to be spotted. if i need to change the screen can anyone tell me wats the price of a new one???
Sounds like there may be a small scratch on the faceplate -- there may not be an actual problem with your LCD. Scratches on the faceplate sometimes can appear as though it's the LCD because of the way the LCD shines through the faceplate.
