ive tried converting the media and the pictures will show up under thumbnails but wont play inthe slideshow and video plays thru the clip but no video is playing. anyone offer me any help?
I'm having the same problem with my Sansa View that I just purchased. When I first got it, it played the preloaded video and photos just fine, but now it's all screwed up. I think the Sansa Media converter might have messed something up. It (the Media Converter) crashes every time I try to convert any video files. It converted a photo and added it to my View without any trouble, but the picture doesn't display properly. It also made it so that all the other photos and video that were originally fine don't work anymore. The photos display fine as thumbnails, but nothing shows up in fullsize mode. The video displays in my list and I can play it but I only get the audio now, no video. Any help/suggestions with this issue would be greatly appreciated as I am beginning to get very frustrated with this player.
you sound like were having the same problem. does your media converter recognize your player? mine doesn't
