My Virg*n Media Box

Can you help please!
I've had my virgin box disconnected for a few weeks now and wheni connect it back up (as i do from time to time) it just shows "tune" on the LCD and i'm getting nothing on my TV... any ideas what i can do to make this box work again? Dont wanna have to call virgin..

Turn it on and leave it for a hour or so it will probably have to update.

 

HiTek thanks for the reply but I've done this and it hasnt made a difference. Might have to call them out i guess?

 

Yep, I just looked into it and according to the majority when that error message comes up it means the box is knackered so time to give them a ring.
