my xbox breaking down

    my xbox got rrod once. and its freeze and switches is self off. and has to be restarted manualy. it over heats after about 1 hour its an arcade

    It needs to be reflowed or sent back to MS.

    A reflow re-melts the solder on the GPU, CPU & RAM chips. There are a few ways of doing this, the best by far is to find someone with a proper reflow stations or You can do it with a heatgun also (just not as effective).

    Do a search as ben420 suggests, or you could just scroll down this forum as there as 2 threads on this on the front page.
