its not modded in any way but i just left it 4 a month or so nd didnt play it nd i turn it on nd it wont start, sometimes it starts for 2 seconds then turns off again.

could it be something to do with a lead not gettin power to the power buttons?

please help i dont have warrenty left nd no place fixes em where i live so i need to do it myself or get a new one, nd id rather not pay money on it.

    thanks in advance

Have a look at my tutorials, especially the section on 'My Xbox turns itself on"

Let me know of the results!

My first guess would be the power supply. I had a similar issue where it would power on for a split second and then I got nothing. See if you can swap your PSU with a friends xbox to test it.

Does it look like it came that way from the factory or does it look damaged!?

An actual picture of your one would be nice! Don't you have a camera or a camera phone?
