Mysteriously Blocked Ports

I have a problem where all my ports are either blocked. I use canyouseeme.org to check ports and all that i check are blocked. I have disable windows firewall and its service. I use Vista. I portforwarded every port on my router. The only firewall I have is in the latest avg update, which is set to allow all. I also use portqryui, and it shows that some ports like port 80 are open, although canyouseeme.org shows them as closed. There is one strange thing, Utorrents' port is always unblocked. Whenever I switch utorrents port, it is automatically unblocked, i checked with canyouseeme and it shows its unblocked. I have no other programs besides avg. I have disabled windows defender. I have disabled IPV6 for my NIC. I dont know what more I can possibly do.
