I have 2 mystery mp3 song files which I would very much like to keep. Is there a program that can tell me who the artist is? Just have 2 songs like this, so I don't really want to buy anything.Something that can possible read the tags if any? Thanks in advance guys for your help. You guys have always come through for me.

Almost any player will read the tag, if there is one. If there is no tag, and it's a reasonably well known song, WinAmp can probably figure it out using the 'AutoTag' feature.

Thanks for the input so far. I'll try winamp. I have wmp, itunes and yahoo music and neither can read the tag. I have heard somewhere of a site that can identify songs with no tags. Has anyone heard of one?
    Thanks again.

Like I said, WinAmp with 'Auto-Tag'. Auto-Tag analyzes the song and goes out to the GraceNote database to fill in the tags. You can't just go to GraceNote and do it there, you need a front-end and WinAmp provides that.
