SEARCHED FIXES ON WEB BUT CAN NOT GET PC TO START IN SAFE MODE WHEN I PUT IT IN SAFE MODE IT RUNS PROGRAMS FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND THEN STOPS. WHAT CAN I DO I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA ON MY PC.
