    Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to the DVD authoring and such, so please bear with me. I was wondering after you back-up the movie succesfully to a DVD+R, is it possbile to do straight DVD Copy (Nero) from the backed up disc to a new disc or do I have to go through the whole process of decrypting, recoding, encoding etc. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

hi you should be able to just use nero no problem.
there have been some cases of people getting problems when trying to do this for some reason (maybe cheap media????) make sure when you make your original back up you use a ggod quality brand media as these tend to last longer & do not cause as many problems (you can find a list of good media in this forum - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/240341
    i hope this helps

Well im a noooob too but i wanted to try and help you. After youve backed up a movie you have taken the protection off the DVD so there should be no problem copying again with nero. But Saying that i still use dvd shrink to copy my copies and i always get good results.
