heres the first bit of news its still the same no fix and it will be a long time before there is a fix for any box
cos if nag.3 is cracked within a certain time frame, n*l will get a 6 figure payment sum of the company that done the encryption for them.

Well what i've heard is that a crack has been in the making in the UK for the past year. If a system can be encrypted it can be decrypted. Can't have one without the other. Matter of time.

Most cracks per say come via the Sat systems, N3 has been in use the last couple of years on Sat, it hasnt been cracked, So the chances of a crack for cable is slim until Sat has been breached, so the rumours will always rear their head, every one has heard some rumour of sorts. Thats all they are, rumours, hearsay or some clown wanting to create a ripple, (nthell releasing a virus, sending a signal, shutting boxs down, we all remember them daisys dont we)

even if a crack was nearly there, do you really think it would be common knowledge on forums such as this? no, they wont.

The fact is, if its not cracked on Sat, the chances of a cable crack are slim to none.

So until a sure sign or confirmation of it in use, then treat all you hear about cracks etc as bull.

im no expert and the guys such as micah and hooter may be on the ball 100%,but i feel that if one man made an encryption system then one man can crack it,how long that will take(who knows)but humans are that human and so prone to error(including the nagra 3 guys)i feel in the fullness of time it will be cracked. but by then they will be in the process of switching again to an even better system, but as i say i believe if man made it then man can crack it,lets not forget churchills boys cracked hitlers uncrackable code in the war,the enigma system i think its called(with out which they would have lost)wait and see,who knows god is good.
