What exactly is the Deviation thingy when i'm encoding using Nandub or Virtualdub? For most of my movies that i've done (only like 5 or so) the Deviation isn't that large, however, i have ran across one or two movies where the Deviation is sometimes 3 times larger than the projected file size. Does this happen with certain movies and is the Deviation thing something i should worry about?? I'm doing a 2 pass and when i see this huge deviation on the first pass i haven't tried to do a second cuz the Deviation worries me. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
yeah its probably just some dum codec thats old and wasnt meant for being.... OR it just plain out sux (can i say that?) ANYWAY! just use divx or whatever you use
