Just bought my wife a Nano,but when I plug in the cable,Itunes does not open,it only has a screen with some folders? Any ideas? Thanks

Go into iTunes while the iPod is plugged in and change the iPod's settings. If you are unsure how to do this, right click on the iPod in the source menu and go to 'iPod Options'. Then, in the settings somewhere, it will give you the option of choosing iTunes to open when the iPod is installed. P.S. The screen with the folders is the files in the iPod. It is showing it through your HDD. This isn't a problem at all. ;-)
