nano screen light on/no display ,help!!

    My nano lights up but no display, tried to reboot by holding menu and center button but still frozen, help me I need my tunes.

    Try restoring your iPod - hook it up to your PC, open the updater software, and click 'restore' :)

    i got same problem jusy a white screen no disply i tried restoring to factory settings but still no display i tried holding menu plus centre buttons still no joy if you solvle your problem let us know how you did it and if i fix mine ile put a post here

    I will keep trying something. This is a fairly new nano with no previous problems. If I am able to fix it I will let you know and you do likewise. Good luck.

    If you cannot get anything to display whatsoever, you could be looking at a fault with the screen. The nano screens are fairly notorious for their imperfections..

    If you are under warranty. Contact apple and inform them of your screen defect, They'll either replace it or repair it. So long as there's no cosmetic damage that could have caused it, you won't be held liable :)
