Narnia has the Ripguard copyright protection that will cause read errors. Do you have the latest version of AnyDVD? There have been recent updates for newer protection. Version 5.9.5.6 was released on 4/12/06. Sometimes the software reads the source better from the hard drive. Try using the ripper included with AnyDVD. The AnyDVD ripper not only rips to the hard drive, it corrects errors caused by the copyright protection during the rip. So, update as necessary and try using the ripper.

Occasionally there can be a bad press from the factory. In that case the rip wouldn't be successful. Another reason to try the ripper. When you say Clone, is that CloneDVD 2 from Slysoft? There's a bunch of Clone(s).
