Well when you get NBA live 09 from the stores you get the code to get the DNA statistics thing, but since i have a burnt copy, i dont have the code. I was wondering if anyone knew of any place where i could get that code and not have to pay MS and get it on live. Thanks
I hear that this will come more common.I think it is to try in help sells some even from pirates,you won't be able to get items unless you have the code that comes with the Game.Gears of war 2 is supose to be doing this also, where you put in the code and you will be able to use some maps from the first Gears game.I know I will be buying Gears just for that reason,Also I believe they did this on Rockband 2 for all the Music transfer,Can't do it without the code. I think It's a good Idea on there part Cause if the Games that good to where you want the full effect and items, even a pirate might just buy it.As I also heard that alot of the items won't be avalible on MarketPlace either so kinda no choice but to buy.
Thats what i was kind of figuring, but i didnt know that if anyone knew of any places where you could go. I am kind of curious as to what the code even looks like, like how many digits are in it and whether or not it is all numbers or if it has letters in it also, because one might be able to use a generic code generater to get it.
You can try on the xbox fourms and see if anyone threw a code out there,I tried it with Bad Company and of course the codes would'nt work.The only thing I think that Might work is to rent a game soon as it's released and hopefully you are the first to get it and use the code in there if thats where there located in the book,If it's seperate paper you still might not get it.
That a good idea, i will try and go to the rental place here tonight... But i have a feeling it is going to be on a sheet of paper and that the people will take it out of there as soon as they put it out on the shelf. But thanks for all the help guys.
