nba live error

i own nba live 06 and im trying to copy it to my hdd on my xbox. whenever i try to copy it it goes through the whole process with no problems, but when i try to play it, it comes up with a dirty disk error. i can copy any other game and play it with no problem, but with nba live, i have trouble. this is the only game that has done this with me before, and it plays fine with the actual disk, so theres nothing wrong with that. anybody know whats wrong?
