many things can contribute to this. Like stated 100+ times. But heres a summary.

    1. Check connections and wires from installation
    2. Check if games is not corrupt _ Try PSO etc.
    3. Try other games
    4. Change POT
    5. Change burn speed to slower
    6. Change DVD Disks - better quality (check if compatible
    7. Have a drink!

I is definatly one of these. So try it out and then come back to us. Safe!!!

    2. Check if games is not corrupt _ Try PSO etc. (Games are not corrupt)
    3. Try other games (Getting same problems, but they have worked a week ago)
    4. Change POT (didn't mod myself, but my cube is old --> low POT --> not good?)
    5. Change burn speed to slower (worked before, so i see no reason in changing)
    6. Change DVD Disks - better quality (check if compatible) (also worked before)
    7. Have a drink! (done that)

Can POT lower over time(like in 1 week?) Cause i will higher it then
