Guys, first, thanks for your time.

I am not a new NDSTT user. I have one for myself using 8 gb class 6 micro sd card without problem for more than a year.

Now, my friend asked me to buy one for her kid and that's when I have the problem. For her, I bought 4gb class 4 Kingston micro sd. On some roms, they load instantly without issues. But some others, I had to wait for at least 2 mins or more before they finally load properly.

    I tried:
    1. reformatted to FAT32, copy back the roms and save files. Still not working.
    2. copied a couple of 'bad' roms to my micro sd. They work like magic.
    3. switched the NDSTT cards using mine, still not working. This rules out the bad NDSTT card.
    4. Updated the firmware with the latest one from Dec 6, 2009. Still not working.
    5. Put roms on separate folder, still not working.
    6. Tried a different 4 gb class 4 kingston micro sd, same result
    7. Deleted the save files and reload the rom, still not working

Did anyone has the same issue before? Again, it's not the roms won't load. they load, but after a couple minutes or so. And it happens on some of them, not all of them.
I also read that the memory card class doesn't matter.

    Thanks!

Kingston is a known problem with flash karts, i would try different make if in uk micro sdhc are cheap on play.com.
few friends in work had kingston and problems then changed to another brand plal.com or scandisk and problems went away
make a folder called Games put nds files in there, latest firmware search 1.17a12 http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/...Card-With-USB-Memory-Card-Reader/Product.html was abou £3 cheaper and didn't have a usb reader, plays movies, games, music no worries.
dont have to have 16GB like me 2, 4, 8, 16 all work ok.
they will load slower the first time as they making a .sav file.
