Ok I successfully installed my Xenium Gold Sp. I downloaded the M8 bios and the UnleashX dashboard, but I am lost on how to get them on my Xbox. I have read several tuts and all that but I just don't understand how to bring it all together and make it work. I really need help. Thanks

I have version 1.0 and have the stock hard drive. The only thing I have done is the TSOP with retail kernel and backed up my EEPROM. I am lost on the rest.

One other way to install dashboard is CD/DVD. You need to download the autoinstller disk. then burn it to cd/dvd. xbox will read it. and it has options to install dashboard.

    hmm how about this:
    PC:
    ip 192.168.1.11
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway blank

    Xbox (static)
    ip 192.168.1.111
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway 192.168.1.11

use crossover cable to connect pc and xbox.

I really need that file but on dial-up that's going to take forever. it's over 700mb.

check your firewall that could be blocking your connection.
